Pathways to Risk & Internal Audit Mastery
(PRIAM) Apprenticeship Program

The Pathways to Risk & Internal Audit Mastery (PRIAM) Apprenticeship Program is designed to empower motivated full-time students with Risk Management and Internal Audit experience while pursuing their undergraduate degree and professional certifications. 

The PRIAM Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of academic learning and hands-on experience. Over the course of four years, you will:
•    Earn an Undergraduate Degree: Partnering with accredited online universities, the program ensures you receive a comprehensive education in internal audit, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and internal controls.
•    Gain Practical Experience: Through project-based internal audit assignments with leading companies, you will apply your knowledge in real-world settings, gaining invaluable experience.
•    Prepare for Certifications: In year 4, the program includes preparation for the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) certifications, setting you on a path to professional excellence.
•    Receive Mentorship: Experienced professionals will guide you throughout the program, providing insights and support to help you succeed.
•    Financial Support: Scholarships and financial assistance are available to cover tuition fees and study materials.
 
Eligibility and Skills required:
•    High school diploma
•    Minimum GPA of 3.00
•    Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
•    Strong problem-solving skills.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Good computer literacy and typing skills.
•    Good team player
•    Demonstrated personal leadership and willingness to learn
 
Timelines:
•    Application form due by June 30, 2025, with all supporting documents.
•    Short-listed candidates to be interviewed in July 2025.
•    Selected applicants announced in August 2025.
•    Full-time work and study begin September 1, 2025.
